RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your purchase from By Melissa J. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In the same condition you received them
- With all original tags still attached
- In the original packaging where possible

We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

HOW TO RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.

EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour where stock is available. As our collections are limited edition, we cannot guarantee an exchange item will be in stock. Please contact us to check availability before returning.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage, at no cost to you.

SALE ITEMS
Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
